Five Cheeses, Five Wines

An evening dedicated to two of our favourite things: great cheese and great wine.

Hosted by Josh Knowles from Carron Lodge, farmers and award-winning cheese makers with an expansive portfolio of wonderful cheeses. Through the evening we explore five different cheeses, highlighting an abundance of flavour profiles, textures and styles, and discover just how beautifully each can work alongside the right wine.

We begin with a glass of fizz paired with our first cheese, before moving through four further cheeses, each matched with a different wine.
